You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
In case of a defective item, we will also refund the return shipping cost.

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we aim to process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

📦 Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Please ensure returns are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

🚚 Responsibility

Maison VYNE is not responsible for delays or damage during return shipping.
We recommend checking your package within 24 hours of receipt and contacting us immediately if there’s a problem.
